Global co-working space and community provider giant WeWork opened its first emerging Shanghai CBD area located space at Candor Plaza on April 1.

Among a dozen of co-working spaces scattered in eight cities in China, each of the location keeps the WeWork original style, while at the same time exhibits differentiated features in accordance with its location, region and architecture. The three standalone 3-storeyed buildings at Candor Plaza provided for around 6,000 sq.m..

WeWork’s opening in D&J China’s project demonstrates D&J’s expertise in not only property development and operation but combining global resources with local expertise.

The company is dedicated to the endeavor of city renewal and industry upgrade, focusing on properties located in tier-1 cities, it strives to increase asset value by restructuring physical space, targeting upcoming tenants and providing vigor into the buildings.
