D&J (Nantong) Intelligent Manufacturing Park
Located in Nantong National Hi-tech Development Zone, D&J (Nantong) Intelligent Manufacturing Park enjoys a superior geographical location with established and convenient transportation network. The park is 10 km away from Nantong Xingdong International Airport, 20 km away from Nantong high-speed rail station, 20 km away from Nantong Port and is adjacent to G15 highway and the downtown central ring. The Park assembles manufacturers of auto part, auto electronics, new energy, smart equipment-manufacturing, integrated circuit, precision die casting and electronic information system as leading industries to endeavor to become a model for all intelligent manufacturing parks in northern Yangtze River Delta. This Park fits in a highly concentrated cluster of integrated circuit including Shennan Circuits Co., Ltd., Unitech, Circut Material, Suntak etc.
The Park consists of eight single-storey standardized plants with a fire-proof level of class C (two plants are now in class D, and could be upgraded to class C). Each plant enjoys a 11 meters floor height, a floor load of 3.0 T/m2 and a reserved traffic bracket capable of supporting vehicles up to 10T. There are three types of floor plans for the plants, ranging from 5,600 to 10,000 m2 per plant. This park was officially completed and delivered in the second quarter of 2020. Until now, the park has attracted a number of outstanding integrated circuit facility and auto electronics manufacturers, such as Jiangsu Vista Equipment Technology Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Shuiyuan New Materials, Jiufang New Materials, and Juqiang Electronics etc.
