Nanjing Divine Space

In response to government policies and following the trend of China’s industrial upgrade, Nanjing Divine Space Internet Technology Center has attracted leading IT enterprises and is driving the settlement of innovative enterprises in order to build a park with the theme: “Internet Economy, Internet Innovation, Internet Culture, Internet Governance and Internet International Cooperation”.

Adjacent to Jiangning Sports Center, this park enjoys convenient transportation and is only 1 km away from Nanjing Communications Institute of Technology Station of Metro Line 1, 10 km away from Nanjing South Station and 20km away from Lukou International Airport. Only 500 meters away from Wen Ding Square, this park boasts comprehensive supporting facilities and serves a population of approximately 600,000. Located in the heart of Jiangning University City and surrounded by a total of 19 colleges and universities with about 260,000 faculty and students, this park is close to a large amount of talents.

This park consists of 20 buildings and will be developed in three phases, among which, Phase One expects to be completed and delivered by the end of June, 2019.

AECOM, the world renowned design company, serves as the designer of this park and aims to integrate the concept of “innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing” into its design. Consequently, the architectural forms, which include standard office buildings for leading enterprises’ headquarters and TOHO units for start-up innovative companies, are diversified to attract IT enterprises from both upstream and downstream industrial chains.
